I have owned this Camel Trophy 110 since 2001 and it has been my main vehicle since then. It was one of the video units on the 1996 Kalimantan Camel Trophy event and was assigned convoy number CT12. This Land Rover appears regularly in the 1996 Camel Trophy video and is in a number of Camel promotional pictures. It has the usual Camel Trophy specification including roll cage, roofrack, underbody protection, snorkel, winch etc and will be sold with a complete set of pioneer tools and aluminium sand track.

When I bought the Land Rover it was in need of some mechanical work and so at 88k miles it had a complete mechanical overhaul. This included a complete engine rebuild with all ancillaries replaced, a new gearbox with cross drilled transfer box input gear, both axles were completely stripped and rebuilt and a new main fuel tank and radiator fitted. Genuine Land Rover parts have been used thoughout. The suspension springs were replaced with original Camel spec genuine Land Rover 130 type (including helpers), Old Man Emu shock absorbers and all the suspension bushes were replaced.

The Land Rover has been fitted with some additional expedition equipment including a Mantec rear wheel carrier, additional rear door lock, security cubby box, rear window grills, rear adjustable tie down points, hidden document safe, twin Optima batteries, engine monitoring system, Brownchurch rooftent and side awning (not shown in pictures), heater intake snow guard and an external GPS antenna.

The current milage is 114k miles, only 26k miles since the complete mechanical rebuild. The chassis and bulkhead are in excellent condition and the Land Rover has been fully Waxoyled every year since I have owned it.
